Hair Dryers

What makes the Infini Pro better than other dryers on the market?
The Infini Pro Hair Dryer comes with an innovative Sensor technology that allows you to turn the dryer on/off without having to press the buttons. As well, it has 35% more airflow, which reduces overall drying time by 20% vs. competition. The motor is a professional AC motor which lasts up to 1600 hours.
How does the Sensor function work?
The Auto-Sensor will turn on only if the switch is turned to the "on" setting. After that, when it is placed down it will turn off, when picked up, it will turn on. (see instructions for more details)
What is the benefit of having an "ionic" feature on the dryer?
Helps reduce the frizz and static from hair while drying, leaving it shiny and healthy

Flat Irons

What makes the Rowenta Beauty Professional Flat Iron better than competing brands?
  1. The professional flat iron is equipped with Titanium Ceramic plates, which is unlike any other flat iron in the marketplace. The hard anodized titanium particles are infused into the ceramic plates to provide even heat distribution/retention and a smoother glide over the hair follicle. These particles also resist finishing products (i.e. hairspray and mousse) from sticking to the plates.
  2. The Professional Flat Iron has one of the highest temperature settings: 450°F. Most flat irons reach up to 410°F
  3. Ceramic heating element is located on both sides of the flat iron as opposed to being located only on one side
  4. Equipped with a "sleep mode" that turns off the iron after 60 minutes of non-use.
  5. Features tilting plates and beveled plate edges for curling the hair
The outside of the Professional Flat Iron gets really hot. Is this normal?
This is a normal occurrence especially if the iron has been in use for a long period of time. The heat that is extended to the outer part of the flat iron is great for curling the hair.
What is the Turbo function on the Supremium Flat Iron and benefits associated with this feature?
The turbo function is meant for adding finishing touches to your styles. This unique feature provides a 40°F boost of heat to the selected temperature setting - ideal for kinks and dents that are tough to straighten out.
While using the Supremium Flat Iron, my finger presses down and changes the selected temperature setting. How can I prevent this from happening?
This flat iron is equipped with a temperature lock feature. Once you have selected your temperature setting, hold down the + or - button for a few seconds to lock the temperature setting. To unlock, hold down the button again.
Most flat irons have trouble aligning the plates while straightening. Will I experience this problem with a Rowenta flat iron?
Rowenta flat irons feature a self adjusting notch which ensure that the plates are aligned on top of one another while straightening. This makes sure that you are receiving the optimal heat and applying the right pressure on the hair follicle.
How do I know when my flat iron has reached its selected temperature?
Both the Supremium Digital Flat Iron and Professional Flat Iron have a flashing light to indicate that the flat iron is heating up. Once the desired temperature is reached, the light will stop flashing. The flat iron is ready to use.
